Kimberley Flanagan

Founder, Principal Consultant
Kimberley has extensive experience in State and Commonwealth Government and the for purpose sector. Since 2010 she has been a successful management consultant, working with numerous organisations on both large and small projects; those that have been transformational within organisations and across partnerships, as well as smaller projects that have been targeted and time-constrained. She is results driven and purposeful in what she does and how she practices.Kimberley is an excellent communicator and faciliator, able to easily engage with diverse audiences in a warm and authentic way, whilst injecting fun and joy through the process. Integrity, courage, authenticity and accountability are core values for Kimberley.
JP Glavimans
JP has extensive experience working with Aboriginal communities in a variety of roles and has a basic understanding of several Indigenous languages and Spanish. He also has extensive experience working culturally and linguistically diverse communities both in Australia and overseas. JP is based in Alice Springs and committed to, and invested in, the communities of the Northern Territory.Respect, equality and inclusion are core values for JP.
Carolyn Gissara
Carolyn has over 20 years of professional experience in corporate environments and regulatory compliance.Her career spans roles in governance, para-legal, trademark management and finance compliance. Carolyn also has a background in litigation support, customer service, and conveyancing.
Dewald Liebenberg
Dewald is a highly skilled strategist, data and digital analyst with experience across community services sectors. Dewald combines is exceptional digital and data analytical skills to enable insightful reflections and to provide tailored solutions that drive impactful change.
Dewald is a technology enthusiast and is passionate about unlocking the opportunities enabled through the adoption of technology, including AI.
Nina O'Dea
Nina has over 25 years’ experience working in the early years sector.Nina is passionate about capacity building, empowerment and inclusion. She has extensive experience working with groups that have challenging inter-personal and group dynamics, and she excels at creating processes and opportunities for building skills, knowledge and self-reflection.
Remberto Rivera
Remberto is a qualified accountant, with decades of leadership experience in the community sector. His infinite knowledge in all thing’s corporate services, mean Remberto is integral to all KF Consulting projects; especially those that require a deep knowledge of Governance, finance, risk management, ICT, facilities and fleet management. Remberto personifies professionalism. He is an experienced and engaging facilitator. He is an asset to any project with Boards, Councillors and executives in supporting them to create cohesive, visionary and successful organisations.
Eric Polli
Eric Polli has over 25 years of experience in the community services sector, encompassing both State and local government and community services organisations. He is a skilled relationship leader and his gentle, collegial style, combined with his extensive knowledge and intellect, makes another asset to the KF Consulting team.
Anne McCormick
Anne has over 35 years experience working with disadvantaged groups. Her knowledge and experience in the disability sector is unrivalled. Anne was a recipient of the Disability Professionals Recognition Award 2007. She currently sits on the Cardinia Shire Council Inclusion Support Advisory Committee.
