Inclusion and Diversity at the Productivity Commission
At KF Consulting we are passionate about inclusion and diversity. So supporting the Productivity Commission to translate their Inclusion and Diversity Strategy into a meaningful and impactful Operational Plan was the perfect marriage. Better continence care in aged care
KF Consulting supported the Continence Foundation to pilot the roll out of a new continence care tool for residential aged care services.
Supporting people and teams through change
Following the decision of a local government to divest a State Government inclusion support service, KF Consulting supported the team and individual members through the transition process.
Aboriginal kinship care assessment tool
Working alongside ACCOs in the Northern Territory, KF Consulting faciliated the development of an Aboriginal kinship care assessment tool.
Helping Bass Coast Shire Council prepare for the future
With the pending roll out of changes in access to early childhood education in Victoria, KF Consulting worked alongside Bass Coast Shire Council to determine infrastructure needs. KF Consulting identified investment opportunities in existing services and the need for future partnerships to leverage capacity.
